Dead Endings: Short – Rare Parrot Watching
Everett sipped excitedly on his tea. Suicide, murder, accidental death, missing people… He’d never heard of such a combination of misfortune in one location. Well, there was H.H. Holmes’ “Murder Castle,” but Chicago was a long trek just to look at some pavement and the nearby post office’s basement. 10 West 14th Street was a supernatural jackpot, and in his own backyard!

Today, he would investigate a century-old NYC puzzle for his book. Today, Everett Jung would make a name for himself.
