What a great twist to the mahou shoujo trope! From the beginning, I knew it would be different, but I sure didn’t see that coming. Love the message, too!
Aw I had so many feels when Pip arrived, I knew she’d be my favorite. I love the meaning of ‘magical’ interpreted in this story and hope Chimaka will have more adventures. Absolutely LOVE the Hindu goddess reveal at the end.. wonderful and refreshing read!
