Where he gonna run? He’s in a corner with someone who could probably attack long distance. If he meant harm, wouldn’t he have attacked Booker when his back was turned? I’m hoping for the best here.
OK 1 he could sidestep and take off
and At the same time cant blame a guy who is forcefully plunged in a magical side of his universe and expect to be used to fairies popping up every where when there is little ‘threat’ or magical teams that we know of
so we know of 4/3 possibly 2 fairies
1 Hal
2 Quillish(if he wasnt Hal’s first magical)
3 Who ever gave the Gleam team their powers
4 This guy here
We are also in a situation where 3 and 4 could be the same person
I’m hoping
A) Booker gets away
B) This guy turns out to be the guy who maybe gave the Gleam team powers, then Booker gets away and thinks about Hals offer
C) Its Quillish
or D) Someone on Hal’s Good side for safety reasons
Most likely its B or lets Hope C/A
This is like some Greek tragedy shit. Booker tries to run from his destiny of being a magical but it seems to me like that’s not gonna happen.
Also I guess Hal really doesn’t look like other fairies (unless there’s also a ball with arms hiding underneath all that)
It looks like it would be a powerful fairy I guess…. like an ancient? Wasn’t other fairies shown in Hal’s explanation of magicals? Since this one doesn’t look like that and has a different speech bubble, maybe he’s important in the hierarchy or something. If that’s the case, wtf does he want with Booker???
