My god, Gabe went from being one of my fave characters to an annoying little prick in the span of ten pages. First off, why the hell would he go off with COMPLETE STRANGERS after just meeting them and ditching his friend that he’d known for MONTHS all because they also had magical powers?! And also, I noticed he went with them mainly because they offered tickets to go to a show…like really? How shallow is that Gabe?! On top of that you don’t even stay to see if Booker is alright and defend your FRIEND against a guy YOU JUST MET! For Shame! And don’t get me started on the disrespectful attitude to the guy who gave him the powers in the first place. Shame. SHAME I SAY! MAY ALL YOUR BACON BURN GABE!
In Gabe’s defence. Had Tyler and the gang not shown up to save him he likely would’ve been killed.
In Hal’s defence, he just finished training Gabe, then Gabe ran off to finish his art project, and then all this happened. So technically Hal did train Gabe.

Hmm… Gabe only trained once with Hal O_o; shouldn’t we see him train more times before heading over to his new friend group?
The story should also talk about Gabe and what he’s going through, life living with Booker imo. At this point, Booker feels like the protagonist role.
