    (inb4 we eventually find out he was not at all deliberately responsible for whatever happened and is just as heartbroken over the whole thing as Wilf. probably we only find this out after he’s dead.

    It’s definitely NOT gonna be one of those things where the Margave was secretly a good guy the whole time…he wants to burn down a whole city just to prove a point. He already starved everyone on the inside. And even if he was in love with Wil’s dad he’s still a bigot. A great character though! It’s really fun to despise him! And I’ll probably feel bad when he *does* die.
