        I actually have no idea if it does or not, but from other readers reactions, I’m going to assume so. Their reactions are telling though. Hard to say if my ignorance of the first edition is bliss or not. xD

          The first version took a drastically different track than the current version! It’s not entirely clear whether all the plot or character details (including gender identities) have carried over, if any have at all.
