      I would advise against implying that Wil is “just” anything, but yes, there are a lot of things about them that are very performative.

    So many things going on here. [Protagonist] themself finding Wilfrid’s character “entertaining” (ohhh yes he is), Oz’s height (HE’S SO TINY OH MY GODS I’M SORRY BBY), Beppe’s total deadpan “Obliged.” and the “compatriot” (huhuh. would “partner” have made Anton blush too much), Wilfrid’s cheery grin, Vitturi’s constant as*holishness. What a page.
