We still haven’t seen Beppe’s face. If he’s crying, he didn’t want to give the margrave the satisfaction, and if he’s angry then he’s not going to let him see him as a threat. It’s just occurred to me that Beppe might judge Anton to me more loyal to him than the margrave and let him in on his sneaky plot.If so, shenannigans will be had.
