Skyglass has been just as stunningly good as this prequel is. I love it so much!

Finally caught up on Awake and man was this impressive. Terribly relieved that Seb is alright (mostly) (not dead at any rate) and that the rest of the crew hasn’t been caught.

As for the murder I will now really not be surprised if Rosa is involved, though she certainly doesn’t seem to be the type to kill in a fit of jealous rage over the guy sleeping with Jamilah. I also won’t be surprised if it’s way more complicated than that! Love this story.

I could really see Kri’s story going either way – if it ends here it will feel complete but there’s certainly more that could be explored. Really looking forward to the launch of Skyglass!

Any idea yet how often there will be Cherry Bomb collections? I really love all the insight these stories give into the characters, since a main story may not always touch on this stuff (what with being busy with murders or gangs or survival or what have you).

No one wants to talk about this one? I thought it was pretty incredible – I love sci-fi society stuff and I especially love how cruel the main character is. So completely, wonderfully inhuman. She’s great!

I am! I could not tell you how I found Sleep is for the Weak but I loved it. I kept checking there long after stuff stopped going up. And I always made not of stuff you recommended!

The picture of the Jacks is a hell of a thing…
I think it’s a goofy, great little bonus. I was stuck by the image of having a little zine of these pictures and just nodding sagely over it as I flip seriously through the pages.

Hey there, I’m Kelly. I’m a marine biologist who likes to write in my spare time. I was a huge fan of the Sleep is for the Weak review site, which led me to Tokyo Demons, which led to Sparkler and I’m really loving every little bit of it so far. I’m not normally the forum posting type, but I love this magazine and all the things in it and I really want to get involved, so I’m gonna try it!

Oh man, all of that stuff looks amazing! I was going to suggest interviews with creators if it wasn’t on there, where they could talk about their work or their creative process or whatever. Process stuff is almost always really interesting.
